Sr. DevOps and Support Engineer

Serving as an integral member of the team, this role will work with customers to solve technical questions or issues. With a key focus on our customers, the Sr. DevOp & Support Engineer plays an important role in pre and post-sales support including proof-of-concepts and trials. Our ideal candidate will be an adept problem solver who enjoys being part of our customer’s success.

We are seeking a Sr. DevOps and Support Engineer will make an impact by working as a key team member continuously improving our cloud infrastructure products. We are a global and fast-paced startup and seek professionals who can take ownership and execute quickly. Our Engineers share a passion for working with state of the art technology.

  • Working closely with our sales and engineering teams on supporting both new and existing Zadara customers.
  • Supporting Cloud infrastructure and applications by integrating, building and deploying new solutions.
  • Leveraging technical networking knowledge and expertise, work with customers on issues and solutions.
  • Key resource for investigating bugs, monitoring performance, and ensuring product scalability.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base of reference articles and documentation materials.
  • Read, interpret, and understand switch logs, OS level logs, system logs, and proprietary application logs as needed.
  • On occasion, deliver product training to internal team and external customers.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including prior client-facing experience
  • Passionate problem solver with a desire to be challenged
  • Previous Network Administrator or Network Engineer experience (including debugging problems on Ethernet) is essential
  • Knowledge of FC SAN is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux
  • Deep understanding of storage, virtualization, and/or applications that require storage
  • Ability to work on-call periodically, handling issues after business hours
  • Experience in Shell/Python scripting
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Experience with OpenStack
  • Experience with Open Source projects

The Enterprise Sales Representative is responsible for selling Zadara’s storage solutions to enterprise customers through Irvine, CA.

We are seeking sales professionals who are excited to make an impact. We are a global and fast-paced startup and seek professionals who can take ownership and execute quickly. Our team share a passion for working with state of the art technology.

Responsibilities

  • Convert prospects into customers
  • Meet and exceed both short-term revenue goals as well as long-term revenue potential
  • Consistently deliver compelling sales conversations to customers and executive level prospects
  • Develop deep understanding of product capabilities and the Zadara value proposition
  • Collaborate with solution engineering team as needed throughout the sales process
  • Manage and grow sales pipeline in order to meet revenue targets
  • Attend industry forums, tradeshows and events as required

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • 7-10 years proven experience selling enterprise storage solutions

Director, Strategic Accounts

The Director, Strategic Accounts will identify and develop strategic partnerships. The role will be responsible for driving revenue within a defined set of targeted partnership accounts.

We are seeking a Strategic Accounts Director who are excited to make an impact. We are a global and fast-paced startup and seek professionals who can take ownership and execute quickly. Our team share a passion for working with state of the art technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end strategic Service Provider partnerships
  • Define and execute on joint go-to-market strategic programs with Service Providers
  • Work across the organization (Marketing, Channel Sales, and Enterprise Sales) to deliver Service Provider programs
  • Understand technical requirements of the Zadara solution and educate Service Providers as to these requirements
  • Work closely with Service Provider teams to ensure they have to the tools and insights to successfully sell and close Zadara business
  • Meet and exceed both short-term revenue goals as well as long-term revenue potential by executing on a strategic partner development plan
  • Participate in and deliver results at QBRs with Sr. Management team

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • 10 years proven experience selling enterprise storage solutions, experience selling compute is a plus
  • C-Suite sales experience
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationships with top management at Service Providers throughout the industry
  • Independent and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Previous experience in SaaS technology sales is a plus
